Making double or Triple bonds, push the mouse button on one atom, and drag to the other atom, and release button.

If you can not see this cyan panel, your system can not run JAVA applet.

But actually, my JAVA applet is very old. So some OS with JRE version can not run this applet. Please give up if it is not working.
