There has been a lot of talk about “Japan turning into China” and “China turning into Japan,” but I think the Japanese brain is beginning to turn into AI.
We are only able to discuss 0 or 1.
When there is a conflict of interest, if it is 0 or 1, only a majority vote can decide.
What we argue for is for our camp to become the majority.
It’s not an argument that I’m willing to give up to 0.7 and you should too.
No need for a detailed explanation. Just because it won by majority vote is enough.
AI decisions, for example, are often based on majority decisions.
So, the AI’s decisions don’t need any careful explanation. Because AI now has many criteria for judgment that are beyond human imagination, and it is the majority decision. Just call it a highly political decision.
Of course, there is no need for remorse.
Failure is the path chosen by the majority.
I once had a boss who said the following about how to proceed with research.
It is important to think logically, thoughtfully, and thoughtfully through your research.
However, if it can be solved with logic, there is no need to think about it.
In the area of chemistry, we think because “logic cannot explain it”.
If you can make a 0,1 decision, there is no need for discussion or consideration.
We blindly follow what the boss says and what the boss does. Because it’s easier. If we keep doing that, our brains will become more and more AI.
This makes me want to see how far we can go with AI.
